This programme will explore prayer through input; guided meditation; scripture, sharing and silence the gift of God in our daily lives and living.

A TIME TO GRIEVE AND A TIME TO HEAL

In this bereavement workshop we will acknowledge and honour our own needs in the gift of our story and that of our loved one. We will do this in a gentle and quiet manner in which everyone and their story is respected.

The day will conclude with Mass at 3.15pm.
